Kevin Seung-Yun Hyun is the Chief Executive Officer of Stonebridge Capital and is a member of the board of directors. He sits on the firm's Executive Committee and investment committees across most of the firm's businesses. Mr. Hyun previously served as an Executive Director at EIG Global Energy Partners and as a Director at Woori Private Equity, a subsidiary of Woori Financial Group, where he managed the Woori-Blackstone Korea Opportunity Fund. Mr. Hyun received his B.S in Economics from Seoul National University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Dean founded Stonebridge Capital in December 2008. He was the co-founder of IMM Financial Advisory in 1998, and served as the CEO of IMM Venture Capital and IMM Investment. At IMM, Mr. Kim has led a significant role in transactions including CJ Entertainment, Mediaplex, Cyworld and Sidus HQ. After Sidus HQ merged with iHQ, he also served as the President of iHQ and led the company's expansion into Korea's largest management agency. Prior to IMM, he was with the strategy planning office at Samsung Electronics.He earned a B.S in Molecular Biology from the Seoul National University, an M.B.A from MIT Sloan School, and completed the Columbia Senior Executive program.

Mr. Jo has been working as an Investment, Accounting and Finance expert for 22 years. He started his career as an CPA at Samjong KPMG and performed investment and IB work at IMM Investment and Hi Investment & Securities.
He has served as CFO for Neo Lab Convergence, and &Beyond. He received a BS in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University.

Mr. Sung has 20 years of experience in private equity and management consulting. He started his private equity career at Mirae Asset in 2005 and worked at The Rohatyn Group, a NY-based global private equity firm, focusing on the consumer sector. At McKinsey, he was a core member of PE practice in the firm. Prior to joining Stonebridge Capital in 2021, he served as COO of a biotech company. Mr. Sung earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Seoul National University and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Lee joined Stonebridge Capital in 2013 and is in charge of investing in private equity. Since then, he has assisted with managing follow-up investment related to Incross, SK Incheon Petro Chem, MCM, and KOGAS's overseas asset backing.

Prior to joining Stonebridge Capital, Mr. Lee advised for Samjong KPMG's Corporate Finance division and played a key role in M&A Valuation. Furthermore, he participated in financial auditing and IFRS consultation at Samil PwC and worked for KICPA.

He received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Seoul National University and is a certified CFA.

Seongmin Ryoo joined Stonebridge Capital in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, he worked at Deutsche Bank Investment Banking Division in Seoul. He also served at Mirae Asset Securities, Woori Bank, and Deloitte in both Seoul and New York. Mr. Ryoo holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Yonsei University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (KICPA) and a CFA charterholder.

Sam Sang-Wook Suh has over 16 years of experience in both investment and advisory roles. He was part of a private equity team member at Korea Investment Partners, where he executed a number of buyouts and minoritiy investments. At Bank of America Merrill Lynch, he was an equity research analyst focusing on the technology sector. Prior to joining Stonebridge Capital in 2025, he served as a Director at UBS Investment Banking Division. Mr. suh earned his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Youjeong Chang joined Stonebridge Capital in April 2019 and is now the managing director of the fund management division. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Chang worked as a compliance manager at National Pension Service and worked in fund management at Korea SMEs.

Ms. Chang received a BA in Public Administration from Ewha Womans University. Ms. Chang is a U.S Certified Public Accountant.

Minwook Go joined Stonebridge Capital in March 2021. Prior to joining Stonebridge Capital, he was an Investment Manager at ORIX Private Equity, a private equity arm of Japan-based ORIX Corporation. Before that, he was a Senior Associate in the Deal Advisory division at Ernst & Young LLP in Seoul, focusing on financial due diligence, valuation, and cross-border M&A for various industries.

Mr. Go received a B.A. in Business Administration from Sungkyunkwan University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He is a CPA and a member of KICPA.

Jongpyeong Kim joined Stonebridge Capital in January 2023. He has 15 years of experience in strategic planning & management. He started his career at McDonald's Korea as a financial analyst and worked CJ foodvill, focusing on the global business strategy sector.

He was in charge of overall investment management at &Beyond. At Kolon, he was responsible for new business planning based on real estate, and later served as the CFO of an affiliate company.

Mr. Kim earned his B.A. in Business Administration from Myongji University and an M.A from Konkuk University Graduate School of Real Estate Studies, and completed KAIST AI Business Transformation program.

Jun Pil-Kyung joined Stonebridge Capital in November, 2016 and is responsible for investment review and execution practices in the PE division.

Prior to Stonebridge Capital, Pil worked as a healthcare equity research associate in Mirae Asset Securities. He analyzed a number of listed Korean pharmaceutical/biotech companies with potential pipelines. Previously, Pil spent his time as a member of Financial Management team in Samsung Electronics, where he evaluated the performances of Samsung Electronics' sales subsidiaries in European markets.

Pil majored in Finance and Economics at New York University Stern School of Business.

Gilyoung Oh has been serving as a compliance officer at Stonebridge Capital since joining the company in 2016. Prior to Stonebridge, Ms. Oh worked as a lawyer at AIP Law Office. She holds a BA in Sociology from Seoul National University and a JD from Seoul National University Law School. Ms. Oh is a licensed Korean lawyer.

Hyeongju joined Stonebridge Capital in November 2024, managing portfolios in the Middle Office division. Previously, he was a consultant at Mckinsey & Company and worked as an investment analyst and account manager at SK On. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University.
 

Jihee Song is a Senior Manager of Stonebridge Capital. Prior to joining Stonebridge Capital, Jihee Song has accumulated approximately a decade of diverse experience in HR and finance roles across various industries. She acquired Bachelor of Business Administration from Kyunghee University.

Taewoo Lee joined Stonebridge Capital in June 2018 as an analyst in the PE investment division.

He acquired his Bachelor of Business Administration and B.A. in Law and Public Administration from Korea University.

Soohyun Lee joined Stonebridge Capital in June, 2023 and is responsible for fund administration in the Back-Middle Office division.

Prior to joining Stonebridge Capital, she was a Senior Analyst in Deal Advisory division at KPMG.

Ms.Lee received a BA in Philosophy from Korea University. She is a Certified Public Accountant.

Hanju Lee joined Stonebridge Capital in July 2020 as Analyst of the PE investment division.

He acquired his B.A in Division of International Studies from Korea University.

Soyoung Ju joined Stonebridge Capital in August, 2022 and is responsible for fund administration in the Back-Middle Office division. Prior to Stonebridge Capital, Soyoung worked as Finance Manager in PIA. Previously, Soyoung was a member of Financial Accounting Team in Prudential Life Insurance of Korea, currently KB Life Insurance, where she performed financial reporting and analysis.

Ms.Ju majored in Business Administration at Yonsei University.

Woonsung Baek became a Manager in Stonebridge Capital's PE Investment Division in June 2025. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He holds a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Technology from Yonsei University.

Suhyun Ok joined Stonebridge Capital in July 2024 as a manager in the PE investment division.
Prior to Stonebridge Capital, she was a Senior Analyst in Deal Advisory division at KPMG.
Ms.Ok acquired her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Seoul National University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

GiYoun Bae joined Stonebridge Capital in October 2020 in the Back-Middle Office division. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Bae worked at the Korean air.
